Dear Perry,

I didn't truly know what I was getting into buying a Mazda Rx-7. It didn't take me too long to realize how unique an engine I possessed under the hood of my car. I have been to every RX-7 specialist I know to snoop around, do research, and pick people's brains. Also, l have done some online browsing too. In light of that, I realized I was in a slim market, as far as who to trust with my car. I had heard about your shop from a bunch of local guys, and decided to pick your brain too. I was more than impressed by your seriousness. I would stop by your shop, just to observe you at work. Trust me, l watched you like a hawk. l noticed you had a surgeon's demeanor, total concentration. That's important to people like me who are choosy over who works on their car. Most of the RX-7 owners who I spoke to who knew you, gave you rave reviews. Especially the one's who I met at your shop. They said you were the best. It didn't take me long to be convinced.

I have learned a great deal about the RX-7, through you answering my questions, and showing great patience. Your extensive knowledge and experience with the RX-7, and the rotary engine are plain to see. Perry, you did a great job at clearing up all of the negative rumors about the RX-7. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity you possess. Your professional attitude alone, supersedes anywhere I have been. I don't think I have to mention the competition! I'm surprised that there really is any. It seems to me you are in a caliber all of your own. The pivotal thing for me is the trust factor. Whenever I brought my car to you in the past, l was more than confident, that it was in more than capable hands. I knew you would do the job right the first time.

When the time came, there was no question who was going to build a new engine for my car. I can see you are married to your craft, there is a great deal pride and a mastery. You work with true precision, as you are fully aware of your great reputation to be upheld. You work so articulately, with great passion and intensity. There were many avenues I could have taken as far as choices to re-do my engine. Well to me, Perry was the obvious choice. I wouldn't dare have anyone other than you build my engine. I would never have been comfortable with any other decision. I have no doubt that your work will prove its worth way down the road.

I am convinced my car will be able to take me anywhere I need to go, without an ounce of concern There is no doubt in my mind that you are by very far the best. It is a pleasure for me to put my hard earned money into your business. I truly hope that your doors stay open for a very long time. If ever I come across an RX-7 owner, who is looking for the best around, l will send him to your shop, Perry. You have made me a more than satisfied customer since I have known you, and continue to do so. Thanks for going the extra mile with my car I am pleased to have made your acquaintance.
